'Geweldige ligging en geschiedenis maar de SPA en mooi zwembad is een extra 250 Euro per dag! Maaltijden zijn navenant duur. '

'Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Check in was a breeze although we didn’t want to utilize the valet, and that was a little confusing. Just FYI, it’s $35/day and the parking lot is a very short walk from the hotel. Everything was clean and pristine. Even the hallways are beautifully appointed. We had our two children age 12 and 13, but didn’t see any other kids on the property. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and had amazing service! We didn’t utilize the shuttles around...

'Clean rooo. Comfortable bed.'

'1. Food is just ok & totally overpriced for what they serve.not enough selection throughout the whole place. 2. Luminiere show started at 8:30. We got there at sunset 7:00. The wait was too long and there were not enough food vendors or choices. Booo There was ONE tiny kiosk for beer and wine. REALLY??? 3. Don’t stay more than 2 nights. 4. The Biltmore House and grounds were well worth seeing, but the other stuff kinda put a damper on the experience.'

'Mooi centraal gelegen hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt (buffet) zonder wegwerp borden en bestek! Goede keuze mogelijkheden en kwaliteits produkten. Voldoende parkeer mogelijkheid en soepele toegangs procedure.'

'All of the staff were extremely helpful, but a shout out to Sara who gave me explicit instructions on how to manage the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very helpful! All hotels need to be dusted, regardless of where I stay. Love Kimpton!'

'Een geweldige kamer. Prima verblijf. '

'Everything was amazing. Not a single complaint, staff super useful & friendly. Definitely worth coming back whenever we visit Asheville'

'The staff were courteous and polite but to be frank, everything about this hotel sucks. Literally everything is inconvenient: The path from the parking garage and the hotel itself is a literal maze. Me and several guests got lost and it felt like a liminal space like the Backrooms. There was a hidden fee upon arrival. The elevators were annoying and had nebulous instructions, just a vague pictogram. The WiFi is impossible to connect to without a membership to the hotel and wouldn’t connect at...

'Geen bijzonder hotel. Ik snap niet waar die 9.2 vandaan komt. Inrichting mid jaren 80. Bijzonder matig ontbijt (zelfs voor Amerikaanse begrippen…). Positief: het was schoon.'
