'The staff was nice. The room was large. I work in the area so I know homeless people can be an issue, but the hotel is very safe. Very clean. I liked it better than the other local hotel. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Will definitely stay again. Shower upgrades terrific. There was a carpet square that had an issue and my wife tripped, but after I pressed it back in place no issue. '

'Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...
