'My husband and our dogs spent the week here and it was everything we needed. Just be warned that the house is located at the bottom of a steep hill. The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. 'We stayed at this lovely home while in town for a family wedding. Our group ranged in age from 9-96 and it was perfect for all ages. The house is brand new, spacious, and one of the best appointed VRBO homes we have rented—and that says a lot because we have rented all over the USA, Caribbean, and Mexico. 'Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids.
