'There was an overwhelming scent in my room that was overwhelming. I am not sure if it was supposed to be a pleasant fragrance enhancer or a disinfectant of some sort. I was able to get through the night with this overwhelming scent, but honestly it permeated all of my clothing AND my belongings. I had to use a Fresh Scent freshener on my backpack, and all of my clothes had to go straight into my laundry. I also was put off by having to check in and check out through a kiosk in the lobby. ...

'Conviently located to shopping, food, stadium and hospitals. Clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Pool open late. Only complaint, if I had to find one, is they could use more channels on the TV.'

We slept better knowing we were near the hospital and your staff willingly listened to our hardships and offered all the assistance and amenities we needed to get through a difficult time. The breakfast was very finally with lots of selections to choose.'
