'I had an amazing stay at Baia Kristal Cartagena. The apartment itself was a big part of that it’s spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything set up in a way that just makes sense. It genuinely felt like having my own place, which made it easy to relax from the start. The lagoon was another highlight. 'If you go for sigh seeing its ok....the hotel its just ok... So do not expect any services... Ppl verly want to help you....you have to ask for fresh towels if you want... They do not provide hand or wash clothes... For room cleaning you have to ask its for a price... Just FYI'

'The stay was great. The only downside was troubles with TVs not working but the host got them working the following day. The Wi-Fi was unstable and the pool and beach close very early. The property was very conveniently located on a strip with grocery stores and small convenient stores.'
