'The original room we had did not have a balcony and it was horrible. Stale air and no movement throughout the room. The rooms are very small and outdated. Could be cleaned better as well. We did get moved to a room with a balcony and it made the stay much more manageable. Was able to open the door and get fresh air into the room. Bathrooms do not have exhaust fans which is odd and we also had a water bed in the shower. Overall it is a ok place to stay for a night but anything other than that I...

'The food was ok. The pool could have been slightly warmer but it was fun. The room was not the cleanest and there was a few bugs that grossed me out but they came and sprayed right away and bleached and cleaned the room while we were out. The view is amazing and most of the staff were amazing. '

'The location is great. Parking is easy and secure. The beach is a 30 minute walk at least I walked it so I know for sure they do have a beach shuttle and parking is fairly easy at the beach as well. Two dollars an hour. The staff seem short staffed with housekeeping. Make sure to ask early in the morning because they’re busy but they get it done. All of the staff at the desk are nice and patient. Great time will visit again.! thank you'

'The staff at the Osprey went above and beyond to accomodate our stay. The room was clean and surprising to us had a full stove, refrigerator and microwave. Walmart was 3mins away, so we were able to shop for food and cook while we were there. Just a 10min walk to Pier Park was great. Right on the beach. Down a few stairs and step onto the beach is exactly what we were looking for. There was live entertainment at the Tiki Bar and free clam chowder was served on Wednesday. The pool is small and...

'Mooi hotel en fantastische kamer. Netjes en superschoon. Inchecken was goed bij uitchecken was er niemand aan de balie. We hoorde ze achter pratenen na meermaals roepen kwam er niemand. We hebben de kaart maar neergelegd en zijn weggegaan. Ontbijt was echt slecht. Heel weinig aanbod en keus, brood was oud en aardappels oud, taai en koud. Personeel vulde niet op tijd bij en waren ook niet vriendelijk al met al een grote teleurstelling voor zo een mooi concept.'
