Disappointed with the pool not heated, elevator service area next to our room was loud, missing toiletries then said they were out of bar soap, got locked out of our room because they disabled our keycard at 10:00am instead of 11am checkout, then never apologized, asked for a staff member to inspect our room when we were checking out to verify there was no damage from our little dog because we honestly feared they would say there was to keep our pet deposit. The young girl did, however the manager( Marsha) was rude to me and said” I’m not giving you anything in writing on the room check out being ok, we are not charging you a fee. I’m telling you everything is good. Haven’t you ever stayed at a hotel before?” Very unprofessional and insulting demeanor from this women who claims to be named Marsha the manager. I say this because later after checking my credit card a few days later, I discovered that she charged my card for the pet fee of $25. that I had already paid cash for at the property. I have the receipt. I called the hotel and the woman that answered said that there is no one by the name of Marsha however she will leave a manager the msg to call me back. No one from the hotel returned my phone call. Very bad experience, so beware before booking with this location. We are sorry we did.
