'Communication was a challenge. The booking was made in September, and we did not receive any communication or responses until after contacting VRBO support on the day of arrival. They were able to reach the host and we then received the lockbox check-in instructions about six hours before check-in.The house itself is spacious and includes a washer and dryer, but overall the property appeared poorly maintained and not well prepared for guests.
