« We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself is a reasonable place with decent facilities, but what really makes this place great is the staff. From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. « The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night. »

« Just a wonderful hotel overall! Great location, close enough to major attractions in Dhaka, including the train station for onward travel to Khulna (the gateway to Sundarbans National Park).
