The room was fairly basic. Its along the main road in Dhaka, and the small window in the bathroom allowed plenty of noise to come in overnight. The hotel's phone number provided by expedia did not work, it took some work to find their phone number. The room has wifi, it's clean. Standard western...

'Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. '

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent the food was superb my children loved it for the price I’ve paid I believe I’ve got a bargain. As a single father of two young children I’m always on the lookout for safety and I must say this place is very secured. Our overall experience was splendid thanks to the staff at the hotel. '
