'We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful and welcoming.
The room had everything we needed, the pool was clean and beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valle de Guadalupe!'

'Check-in was smooth, but unfortunately, the stay was terrible. The room was not clean at all. The sheets had stains and smelled like sweat, the cover sheet was uncomfortable, the towels looked dirty and discolored, and the counters were not clean. I also found a dead bug and what appeared to be a used napkin or piece of trash stuck between the bed.
The water was yellow/brackish, which made me uncomfortable showering, brushing my teeth, or using it. When I reported it, the receptionist initially...
