'The staff and the manager at the front desk had excellent customer service. So polite. Thank you for our anniversary gift. That truly meant the world to us. A beautiful gesture.'

'Parking was secure, smelled like pee everywhere, trash in the lot, everything was slam packed. No parking control, came out to my car with 3 dings in it that were not there prior to our stay. The room was awful, crumbs in every corner. Sheets were stained, cockroaches / spiders in beds & bathroom. The whole room smelled like someone had just smoked 3 packs of cigarettes. Overall, a horrible experience. Would NOT RECOMMEND. '

'The hotel shares a parking lot with a rather large liquor store and is across the street from a homeless shelter. I listened to a very loud altercation in the parking lot around 11:00pm. Otherwise, the room was OK. We were on the 3rd floor, in a room kind of in a corner. The door would get stuck on the wall as you entered, but that kind of worked out loading and unloading the luggage carrier. The room itself was large, but the lighting was terrible. 'Er was kennelijk een ongelukje gebeurd op de vloerbedekking. Daardoor was onze kamervloer niet schoon. De rest van de kamer en het hotel was juist wel keurig. WiFi was gewoon slecht. Erg langzaam en het viel steeds uit. De receptioniste was erg vriendelijk.'

'modern hotel. Centrum is aan te lopen. Parkeren is betaald, maar in de nabijheid van het hotel s'nachts grratis. Als je een kamer met ontbijt hebt geboekt, vergeet niet de ontbijtcoupon te vragen zij vergeten hem te geven. De coupon is $15 per kamer waard. Ontbijt is allen ala carte, keuze zeer beperkt en de muffins lijken wel een beschuit.'

'Hallways smell like weed, rooms smell like stale smoke. Hotel staff tried to enter our room at 7:15 in the morning while we were all sleeping without knocking asking us if we paid! How else did we get our room?! Would never stay there again.'

'The breakfast was excellent. Everything was kept clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly. As usual in hotels the AC switched on and off making it noisy. The bedclothes did not allow for maintaining a comfortable sleeping temperature. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was quiet.'

'The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price.'

'Nice area. Felt safe outside. Parking should come included and not be an additional charge. Rooms could be cleaner. Black hairs found on mattress and awful smell coming from shower. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was top notch! Amazing food! '
