'I had an issue with the sound on one tv in one room, the staff acted swiftly and got me another room and the tv in that room had issues with the color on the tv. But it was okay. The staff was great and the property was clean. It was my second time staying there and if I have to visit the area again I would book again.'

Ik vroeg aan de bediend of alles OK, was - het was immers een prepay boeking. Ze bevestigde dat dit prepay was. De volgende ochtend krijg ik de factuur waarop een charge op mijn credit kaart staat. Ik vraag aan de (ditmaal andere) bediende waarom dit is, ik had de kamer immers vooraf betaald. Ze geeft aan...
