'We have been staying at this property for the past 5 years and it never disappoints. It accommodates our party of 11 comfortably. Location is perfect easy access to pretty much everything '

'We had 19 people stay across 5 families woth kids ranging from 3-11. We were absolutely never bored with having the pool, ping ping table, fire pit, frisbee golf and more.The room setup is a bit unique with no bedrooms having bathrooms en suite. As others have said, the bedrooms on one wing of the houde kind of flow into each other on the inside but have their own external doors.With an extra large kitchen having 2 of everything (dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, coffee pots, etc.) It worked out...

'Beautiful one of a kind property. The location was amazingly special. Once we got there we never left the property. The beautiful little town of Saugatuck was very close by but the house and property were so amazing we just couldn’t leave. Everything we needed was right there. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The view was like no other. We could’ve sat on the beach all day long and watched the waves and the boats come and go. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay next...

'The property was perfect for our gathering! The kitchen had everything pot, pan, and dishes we needed. The 3 cabins were very nice! The whole facility was welcoming, clean, and provided spaces for all of us to gather! The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The owner and maintenance staff responded quickly to our questions. The check in and our process was easy. We all talked about returning next year! Thanks !'

'This has got to be the cleanest and best maintained vacation rental / bnb that we have ever stayed at. You can tell the care the hosts have taken in every little detail. The quality of finishing work is also great, which is a nice change from the typical shoddy DIY quality you see in vacation rentals. We stayed in late September such that we needed heat (overnight) and air conditioning (during the day), and both worked flawlessly. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'This house has a very private rural setting, yet is still within driving distance to many places. The master bedroom has a softer mattress, which we appreciate. My husband loved that they had Dish TV and Starlink internet. The owners were great and answered all of our questions. We wouldn't hesitate to return here.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. Check in was super easy, with the host providing us with the step by step list of how to get to the property and everything we needed to get in. There was something left from the renters from the weekend before, but the host contacted us right away and they got it picked up the next day. The house itself was clean and spacious. The outdoor grilling portion worked perfect for us as we had a big family dinner one night of our stay. I would...

'Our group of family members usually numbers about twenty. We are able to make the accommodations fit our needs well. The pool and yard are great for activity. The house just works for us !!! We've been coming up here from central Illinois for 4 years now and hope to do more.'
