'This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing. 'excellent cleanliness, too much fragrance on sheets and bedding( we have allergies and it messed with them). Enjoyed the view off of the back but we would have liked another blind off of the back in the King room to make the room darker in the morning. '
