'Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!'

'Parking was close to the room and away from the road. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, did need some upkeep. Asked for a replacement chair for the small table, was given it. Pool was not heated, but very lovely once you got use to the temperature. Beautiful setting in the redwood canopy.'

'I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first.
