'Perfect!'

'Mixed experience – Great potential but major communication and comfort issues The hotel itself is quite nice, but our stay was covered by poor communication and several frustrating service failures. First, there was a language barrier with the Spanish-speaking service staff, which led to a serious issue: my pregnant wife was served raw beef. It took an additional hour just to get her correct order. Furthermore, our air conditioning was broken, leaving us in a 27°C room for two nights. The only...

'the hotel was modern and clean ... however the sound insulation is quite poor'

'If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.'

'I absolutely loved this place , the room was tiny ( single ) but all it needed for me was a bed and a bathroom . All brand newly refurbished. Had my room cleaned and bedding and towels changed twice during my stay ( but that was my own choice ) I would have liked a small table on the balcony but it did have a chair . Across the road from McDonald’s , Aldi and KFC . Albir was just 5 minutes walk down the road . Close to bus stops to get into Altea , Benidorm or L’alfaz Del Pi and 5 minutes walk...

'Propere kamer, goeie bedden, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. '

'All the staff at the hotel are always friendly, helpful and give you a heartfelt greeting on arrival. We have stayed here many times when visiting Pego and the surrounding area. The central location in Pego is perfect for taking in the local culture and the many restaurants that serve up local produce with great panache. Local beaches are a short drive away and a national park, La Marjal, is also nearby. The hotel is delightful. The traditional character has been maintained, alongside clean,...

'Perfect location perfect breakfast everything perfect'

Unas vistas espectaculares'

'Een goed hotel. Vlak bij winkels en bus halte .'
