'En goede ligging en een mooie kamer. Maar in de badkamer was er schimmel op de douchekop dit is onaanvaardbaar voor een prijs van 200/nacht. Ook is de kamer alles behalve geluidsdicht. Je hoort alles van de andere bewoners. We gaan niet meer terug. '

'This is a beautiful and family owned boutique hotel in the heart of Como , in the pedestrian area. We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff are very nice. The breakfast is an experience, very entertaining and delicious! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an Italian boutique hotel.'

'Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise'

'Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Location is great! Only issue is that it took us a bit to find the hotel. There are no signs on the outside of the building.'
