Stayed for 6 nights. Avoid this hotel, you can find much better options. The staff sells beds not experience or comfortable stay. We were given wrong room with a bunker bad and a double bed with 1 single bed in another room, while I booked a double and 2 separate single beds and added a note that I travel with my sister, child and my mum and none of them will be able to sleep on a second level of the bed due to different reasons including health conditions. When we arrived, we discovered that our room was already given to other people. A very rude guy told that the number of beds in this room correspond to number of people and requested proof of health conditions why we cannot use a bunker bed. He didn’t apologise, he didn’t accept the fact that it caused inconvenience for us. When we were leaving the same guy charged us triple cost of the city taxes, which was reimbursed after an official complaint and wanted to charge us for 9 water bottles that we didn’t drink. I was shocked as before that I stayed in a very basic hotel in Bergamo for just a night and had in my room free water, cookies, tea and coffee in capsules.
Additionally, one day we left for a whole day excursion and when we were back late in the evening we found a door left open by the cleaning staff. Nothing was taken but obviously we left documents and all our things in the room, which could have been stolen if we had less luck.
