'Super verblijf!'

'Vriendelijk personeel, nieuw modern hotel. '

'Mooi en net hotel'

'Room wasn’t bad clean everything worked and staff was pretty helpful'

'When looking up the hotel on didi it shows up as crowne plaza which made us doubt if it was the correct place. Turns out the hotel used to be a crowne plaza untill before covid. The hotel is in an absolutely excellent location, the staff was great we enjoyed our stay. You can definitely see that that the hotel used to be a crowne plaza based on the size of the rooms and the lobby but you can also see why it is no longer a crowne plaza based on how certain things are not quite right...

'We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Beijing. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with spacious, spotless rooms. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The location is excellent, with shopping malls, restaurants, food options, and plenty of shopping opportunities just a short walk away. Everything we needed was conveniently located nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring Beijing. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We...

'Hotel was decent overall with a trendy retro theme and friendless staff who speak good English. However WiFi in the room was unreliable and the bed linens were low quality. But the neighborhood is excellent with lots of cool restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.'

'My stay was exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly and even provided a packed lunch each day. The location was also very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.'

'Half of the staff speak english pretty well, for the other half it’s very difficult, but everyone is for sure very helpful. It’s clean everywhere, the beds are good and the breakfast is great, also for western tourists.'
