« This was our 2nd year staying here- having the top floor facing the ocean and sitting on the deck is one of our favorite things about this place. The location to Neptune Beach and all its restaurants and bars is perfect. We rented some bikes and went everywhere. Had a fantastic time! »

« Condo is perfect for a young family (kids 5 and 7). These units are pretty small so it would feel crowded with anymore people. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Not a lot of room to put groceries away as someone else had mentioned. Condo felt clean and updated. We found the king bed to be super comfortable, it's very firm. Could see ocean from balcony. Short walk to beach and pools. Beach did not feel very crowded. Location pretty central to shopping and activities. Had everything we needed....
