My shower head and drain were brown instead of the original silver it should be. My towels has brown stains all over them. My shower trickled water like a leaking hose. No pressure at all. 'The staff were amazing, the pool was cleaned everyday and the hammocks were comfortable. This location from the hotel to the beach was 2 blocks maybe a 5 minute walk. Great time and will return next year.'

Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.'

'This was probably the best hotel/room,I've ever stayed in. Everyone was nice, the room was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the umbrellas out by the pool were unstable and useless, and housekeeping was trying to enter the room to clean 1+ hours before check out and we weren't ready yet. Otherwise perfect stay, I'd definitely recommend and stay again!'
