'Quiet, good breakfast and good parking. Small pool, elevator needs work, smelled like dog and dogs were allowed in rooms. Friendly staff.'

'Got back to the rooms at night after a long day and both Key cards didn't work to get into rooms. Had to go to front desk for new cards, then one worked and the second didn't, had to go back to front desk again, the desk person had to come to the room to check and had to reprogram the card again .'

The moment you enter you are overrun by the smell of mold, cigarette burns on bedding, cockroaches crawling all over and filth all over. came into town with 14 other rooms for a game, and we all walked in and left. refused to refund money, so we paid 240 each to step in for 5 mins and leave. 'The hotel smells bad inside. The general manager Derick Wilson lets the staff discriminate against disabled guests. The hotel consistently loses their luggage dolly’s so no one can use them at check in times and checkout times so you cannot check out early and go to another hotel. Extended Stay America Hotels need to do a lot of looking into how this hotel operates and fix it.
