'From my room, had stunning view overlooking Tauranga harbour. With this view alone, all I wanted to do was stay in the room. Enjoyed long soaks in spa bath and even ordering room service. Staff I had interactions with were very pleasant, helpful and provided impeccable customer service. Highly recommended Trinity Wharf. Will definitely only ever stay there now when in Tauranga'

'Check in was quick and efficient - and we found we had been upgraded to an upstairs Queen suite. It was spacious, the bed very comfortable and facilities good. Tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and some glassware provided. Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate replenished each day. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower. Hot water was plentiful. We chose The Com Plex due to its location just off the main street. Two supermarkets were within easy walking distance....

'Clean and tidy. I accidentally booked the wrong date upon arrival they helped and checked us in in their sister property which was just few minutes down the road , it was very nice and clean . Would highly recommend .'
