« Your home in Bath was perfect for our family of 10 (six adults four children). It was centrally located, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. « This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. High-end finishing/furnishings throughout property. Great location - near town, beaches, etc. i highly recommend for a unique, quality stay. Thank you Jared for a great stay. »

« Reasonable price. Due to the stairs leading to the unit I wouldn’t recommend for older individuals. If you just want to catch a nights sleep it’s a good place but not inviting to sit, talk and relax. »

« The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. « This cottage is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern upgrades. The view of the river is incredible, and the secluded location is just a short drive from downtown Wiscasset and Edgecomb. The sunroom is already a great place to hang out and enjoy the river view, but the owners are also putting in a lot of work to create an enjoyable outdoor space. Jeffrey is easy to work with and honestly wants you to have a good stay. »

« The smell of the property was quite unpleasant. It had a urine smell. Large black ants alive and dead were in the living area and kitchen. The air unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. The dishwasher was extremely loud also. We opted the leave after one night. »

« Orchid Harbor is a charming house located in one of Maine’s beautiful coastal areas. There was lots of room inside and out for our use. It was very comfortably furnished and had many touches that harkened back to days gone by. (I discovered a stack of old magazines, many of which were Women’s Day and were published in the 1940s and 50s and cost a whopping 2 cents!)
