Pensions in Basse-Normandie

'Very quiet location but near enough to the Normandy beaches and ferry terminal at Caen. We had a lovely big bedroom and en-suite in Tom's well renovated home. All the breakfast options were tempting but we went down the croissant, pain au chocolat, crusty bread route. Tom was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return when next in the area.'

'Wonderful stay! Charles was very helpful and accommodating. The property was beautiful'

'Very good shower, room is quite big. Close to the beach and not far from large carrefour.'

L’établissement est particulièrement adapté aux familles, grâce à son ambiance calme et à ses équipements pratiques. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour agréable et reposant.'

Antoine, the host, was charming and helpful. A short walk into the town centre and cathedral makes this well situated to visit Coutance.'

'Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en mooie accommodatie.'

'Of all the places we stayed on our three-week trip, Le Doux Refuge was by far our favourite. Christine and Christoph made us feel at home from the very start, and they treated my father like he was the most important person in the world. That means a lot to me, It’s hard to know where to start when explaining why we loved it here. Firstly, the location: quiet, safe, local and with easy access to every possible location in Normandy. Secondly, the accommodation: beautifully decorated,...
