« Staff was awesome. The room was clean.. The hallway could be remodeled and a little brighter. Complementary breakfast I’ve seen a lot better lol. It was a parking dog once a while it was not a big issue with me »

« The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it »

« Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »

« It’s not the nicest Hyatt out there, but it’s also one of the least expensive ones you’ll find. The staff were all very kind & friendly. We initially got a room that was a tad musty, but the staff put us in a different room right away, no problem, that was great. The fitness room was great for the price of the hotel. Parking area was well lit & safe. Chipotle is only a few minutes away. I would start here again with my 3 kids. Once again, not the nicest Hyatt in the world but it’s probably...

« Je recommande. Y compris pour y rester plusieurs jours. Moi je n’étais de passage que pour une nuit mais vraiment bien à tout point de vue. Seul bémol peut être le côté peu chaleureux du personnel à l’accueil. »
