'There were some issues with the shower faucet because it wouldn't stay at the temperature. The handle would fall down. The water pressure was pretty bad. The faucet also had a constant drip. The breakfast was okay.The pool was nice for kids.'

'The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it'

'It’s not the nicest Hyatt out there, but it’s also one of the least expensive ones you’ll find. The staff were all very kind & friendly. We initially got a room that was a tad musty, but the staff put us in a different room right away, no problem, that was great. The fitness room was great for the price of the hotel. Parking area was well lit & safe. Chipotle is only a few minutes away. I would start here again with my 3 kids. Once again, not the nicest Hyatt in the world but it’s probably...
