'Very nice, well-kept townhouse. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals at home — we picked up groceries from Price Chopper nearby. We also used the pass to the fitness and swimming center. While the facility itself is outdated, the outdoor pool was pleasant.'

'We (wife and two boys 9yo) have been coming to Cranmore for the last three years but have never stayed in the Fairbanks lodge. The property was beautiful, BJ (owner/manager) was super responsive…even going out of his way to get us in well ahead of check-in time. All in all it was a great experience. Look forward to booking again. '

'Property was great and was decently clean, though the carpets either need a deep clean or need to be replaced in parts. I normally wouldn't have noticed, but I was on the ground a lot with a toddler. Everything else was clean including the kitchen, bathrooms, all surfaces, and linens. Super close to Storyland and other area attractions. Kitchen was well equipped to do breakfast and dinner each day we were there. Pools on the property were great and nice and clean. 'the whole process was quick and easy. The location was great, the condo was very nice and everything was very clean. '

'Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!'

'Huis is voor 4 personen geschikt. Om het geheel optimaal !!!! te maken, is wat kleine reparaties( vervangen van kapotte gordijnlamellen )en aanvullen van het keukeninventaris (kopjes, keukenmessen) wenselijk.Ook de bank en fauteuils, ze zijn wat doorgezakt, zijn aan vervanging toe. Los hiervan: huis, omgeving en contact met de eigenaar is heel fijn.'

'Check in was super easy! Condo complex is quiet and unit was just as described. This is one of the cleanest units we have stayed in! A/C units worked well for us as it was very hot during our stay. Condo is nicely appointed with all you would need including strong wifi. They even leave ice tray full so you have ice cubes. Choice of drip or Keurig coffee machines. Furnishings were up to date and comfy. Linens were high quality and the bathroom towels were so soft! This is a first floor end unit...

'This property is everything that is advertised. It was very clean and very comfortable. Read the rules on the refrigerator it can be very helpful in taking a hot shower. I didn’t so my shower was a little chilly. The rules will instruct you where the circuit breaker is for the hot water heater.'

'We loved this location! Whale’s tales is less than 10 mins away, Loon Mtn was right down the street and lady’s bathtub was in the backyard! '

"Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "
