Family Friendly Studio with Resort like amenities

Our Family Friendly Attitash Studio is situated in a prime location at the base of Attitash Mountain Ski Area, making it the perfect choice for anyone who loves the White Mountains. Skiers, snowboarders, hikers, outdoor enthusiasts alike will appreciate the resort-style amenities and comforts of our cozy studio. After a long day on the slopes or exploring the outdoors, relax in the jetted tub or curl up by the warm gas fireplace.

Storyland is 5min drive away, hiking trails and Saco River right in the complex! 15min drive to North Conway and everything there 😀

The outdoor pool area is located right across from our building. The indoor pool/ hot tub, as well as another outdoor hot tub, are located in the Hospitality Building. There you will also find the sauna, fitness center, game room, business center and Matty B's, the resort’s delicious onsite restaurant and bar. A must try!! For the little travelers, there are 2 playgrounds. One is located right across from our building, by the outdoor pool, and another next to the tennis courts. So bring your tennis rackets along as well!
Outdoor grills are scattered throughout the property and can be used on a first come, first served basis.

ALWAYS CHECK ATTITASH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE & MATTY B'S WEBSITES for hours or operations, menu changes etc. They do change with the seasonality. Please note Fitness Center is not currently available - under renovations.

2 EV charges available on resort grounds and plenty of parking.

Attitash Mountain Village is located across the street from Attitash Mountain skiing area, which boasts over 60 trails and 3 parks scattered across 2 peaks. There is even a cool underground tunnel to get you there, so no waiting for traffic to stop. There are also a variety of hiking trails and x-country ski trails to bring out your adventurous spirit! Directly on Saco River to enjoy during the Summer months.

Tastefully renovated and decorated, our studio in the mountains features a Queen Murphy bed, and a pull out, memory foam sofa bed. Sleeps 4, privacy 2.

Imagine not having to pack any bed linens, bath or pool towels since they are all being provided! If you need extras, please call the front desk.

The kitchen includes full size appliances. (a full refrigerator/ freezer, range, microwave and dishwasher). Unit is equipped with washer/ dryer to make sure your ski pants or swimsuit are ready for day 2.

Family friendly board games and a selection of kids toys are there to make packing for your trip less stressful and keep everyone busy while at the condo, when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Unit is located on the 2nd floor unit, with no elevator access.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, per hotel policy.
Ski-in/ski-out – Near ski lifts Airbnb setting means we are across from the street from the ski lodge and lifts ( there is a tunnel to walk through)

The hotel DOES NOT ALLOW ANYONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE to check in. If you do not have anyone in your party above 21, please cancel your booking, as you would not be allowed to check in. You must cancel immediately after booking or within cancelation policy, to receive a full refund.
***The Hotel's Front Desk closes at 10PM Monday through Thursday, so please plan your arrival prior to closing time.

When arriving at the resort, please stop at the Front Desk, to check in. the Front Desk is located in the Hospitality Building ( same building as Matty B restaurant)
