'I have stayed in many historic spas/resorts and this one left me disappointed. Staff appeared brand new, were unable to answer basic questions and had no idea how to get the answers. Basic items were non-existent like a directory of services in the room, items to go with the coffee like sugar or stirrers, lighting in the living room area to even read by. They were pushing boat rides but no one could tell us where the boat would go once we paid $30 per person??? I’m hoping it was just the start...

'This was an amazing little place I stayed with my grown children. It was spacious yet homey. Although it was a little out of town, the kitchen was a great amenity. Right by the water, we were able to see the seals. I wish we could have moved in forever.'
