'Niet zo tevreden over mijn verblijf. Een kamer vlakbij de liften en uitzicht op de afvalverwerking achteraan met bijhorend lawaai. De badkamer was duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe en niet zoals op de foto's. De koffiezet had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Een iemand van het personeel was zo onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam toen ik vroeg voor een latere check-out dat het mijn verblijf heeft afgesloten met een slecht gevoel. Een half uur later was mogelijk met totaal geen andere optie of voorstel, zelfs...

'This was absolutely amazing! I am a solo traveler and was in D.C for 7 days, 5 of which I had spent in a hostel nearby. I didn’t my best in that hostel, so I left and decided to book my last night in DC at the Generator in a shared dorm room (they have shared, and private rooms). Right from the moment I entered the lobby, it was great. The atmosphere was great, the personnel (and guests) were so nice, and I felt immediately at home. I solo travel a lot but did not have th experience I had hoped...

'Was nice, room was very clean & sterile. Bathroom was different, very functional but a little small and was not separated from the room, in fact the sink was in the room not the bathroom. The iPad that runs everything in the room was not working, I had to download an app to run the lights the tv, and the window shade. Nice place, I would stay there again because it’s in a great location for seeing all the things in DC and the price is very good. '

'A nice hotel in a good neighborhood with small rooms. The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast and coffee is good. The lounge downstairs is nice. There is an iron lounge in the top floor for business purposes. The overall cleanness was a little bit disappointment. I found hairs on multiple locations in my room. Also the alarm went off at the middle of the night, which was the co2/smoke alarm. The staff “investigated” the alarm after 3 reminders the next day with the result nothing...

'An overpriced three star minus hotel. The elevator sign still mentions a restaurant and bar, but those were closed years ago. The "clubroom" is just an empty space with a few tables and chairs. The lobby is a corridor from the elevators to the door, where you can check yourself in on a machine on the wall. The staff is friendly though and the location is central.'

'This was just a quick overnight stay. So I didn’t have high expectations. Cons-I’d say the construction around the area is absolutely terrible which is probably why I got a great deal on the room. The elevator is slow and the rooms did not have trash bags. Pros decent breakfast and check in was quick and I like that there was parking on-site and included in my stay. '

'Goed bed, fijne plek loopafstand van de Metro, ook goed te lopen naar de bezienswaardigheden. Erg jammer dat we tijdens het inchecken pas te horen kregen dat het zwembad gesloten was, vooral omdat we juist dit hotel geboekt hadden vanwege het binnen zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet erg duur voor wat je kan krijgen.'
