« Beautiful hotel Big rooms and big bathrooms The only incovenience about the hotel is not the hotel but the area. There's not much choice to eat or grab coffee. But that's all of downtown Atlanta. On the otherhand you're just a minutes away from midtown and the beltline. »

« I am complaining about a billing error at Moxy Atlanta Downtown. After accidentally duplicating a reservation on June 27, I canceled one. GM Alfonce McKinney promised a resolution. On June 28, Expedia and hotel staff confirmed a refund was processing. Consequently, I submitted a positive review. Since June, I've sought a $200 refund. Despite providing requested details to Mr. McKinney on July 7, my follow-ups are ignored and corporate customer service cannot reach the hotel. Expedia awaits...
