'1. Location is Excellent. 2. Staff are very helpful and nice 3. Breakfast is not so good and not well planned. Quality of food is not good except the bread & the salad bar. Coffee beans (Benguet) has perhaps been brewed several times, as it taste like colored water. Strawberry jam is full of solidified sugar. Suggest to Improve on the breakfast menu!!!'

'I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!'

'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...

'Neat hotel near the center of Baguio. All in all maybe not that special, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. For the price definitely worth staying there.'
