'The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but...

'During the week in Bristol, there is virtually nothing going on except for the next door Birthplace of Country Music Museum and a few bars and maybe some restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely appointed. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! Only room complaint is the distance of the wall lamps next to the bed. The rooftop bar is nice, but drinks are less than exciting. Restaurant not worth the time.'

'The floor in the broom was extremely dirty. He needed at least three mops to get it clean. They were cockroaches coming from the backboard of the bed on the walls on the kitchen stove and on the microwave. Unless you are extremely tight on a budget, I would not recommend this hotel.'
