'The night staff guy was very rude after me explaining to him that Expedia made me pay to separate times one to book and one the day before when I got there he told me that’s not true they don’t even do that. He had a very nasty attitude and the bathroom reeked of piss and flies was crazy'

'Hotel is very nice, spacious and clean. Beds and bedding were excellent. Shuttle from hotel to oceanfront is amazing. But they don't treat Expedia check-ins well. Check-in was at 4pm, we arrived at 2:40- fully expected that we may have to wait until 4pm. After visiting the front desk 4 different times, they "found" us a room at 5:45pm. The woman who actually got us a room told me that they "couldn't be flexible" because we booked through Expedia, and not Hilton.'

'The staff was very nice, the place was clean and the ocean view was awesome. The only negative I have is the parking, they have a parking lot that is close to the building which is ok but only have about 10 parking spots at the building itself for loading and unloading and the cars that were in them never seem to move even though it was for loading and unloading only. This makes it very hard to load and unload without getting blocked in by someone or waiting to get in the lot. I believe they...
