The ower was Super friendly and brought a great breakfast to us each morning and told us each ingredient and the orgin of. She is very knowledgeable of the area as she has been there for many years. The. strip was very close with nice shopping and restaurants to choose from.'

Would've stayed longer if schedule and budget permitted. Only improvements would've been more workable kitchen and drying racks/hooks for towels in the bathroom. An easy fix so guests don't need to hang wet towels on doors, cupboards or chairs. Pans were also quite worn and I wasn't comfortable cooking with due to...

'I loved this house for a long weekend getaway in Austin. The location was convenient, the owner was amazing and very accommodating. The house was decorated very well, was spotless and we were so grateful that there were a few snacks and drinks in the kitchen when we arrived. We would love to return!'

'This place suited us perfectly. Very considerately and thoughfully prepared. A little enclave with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.'

'The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!'

'The stay was nice. The room was clean ans spacious. It could have used a few more things. There was not enough silverware. There was enough bath towels, but only one washcloth. Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost.'

We walked around and ate at a great food truck spot and rode the bicycle taxi around. The room was clean and i loved the fact that there was a concierge there to help when we arrived. '
