Enjoy your stay at this furnished townhome in Smyrna. This 2 bed/2 bath ranch has king size bed w/ memory foam mattress and pillows in master and 2 full size beds in secondary bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Rental includes all appliances, 3 smart tv's, washer/dryer, dining room table, sofa with queen sleeper, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. There is a covered back patio and deck with a grill. Located near restaurants, parks, entertainment, and easy access to 285. Go Braves!!!!

Braves game

We had a two night stay here. It was easy to check in and was as expected. The cleaning people were not finished cleaning due to an emergency situation so we let her clean while we were there. It didn't bother us. Bobby called to let me know what was going on. The house is an esy drive to park for the Braves game. We had a great trip!!

Quiet, clean and perfect in suburbia

Unit is as described and some! Two large bedrooms, full kitchen and an area to watch tv as well as one off the kitchen to sit and read or play board games. Lovely covered outdoor area with seating and a deck with a well equipped BBQ. The area is super quiet, nicely treed. But also close to all amenities - restaurants, grocery, drug store and a quick 25 minute walk to the Battery area where there is a phlefora of restaurants and entertainment options. We were in the area to take in a couple Braves games and thoroughly enjoyed the home and area. Communication with owner was excellent and we appreciated the coffee pods (for the Keurig) and the microwave popcorn bags. Also had a washer/dryer which we used - all in great working order. Highly recommend.

Great place for a small family or group

This home was perfectly located near The Battery and ballpark. VERY clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds were probably the most comfortable that I have had in a rental place. Will stay here again when we come back! The only negative that I could find in this place is the parking. It is okay with one small to mid-sized vehicle but a large vehicle or having two vehicles would be very tight.

Perfect road trip stay for us and our dogs!

My wife and I needed a place to stay overnight with our dogs on the way to Orlando from Chicago, and this spot was perfect. Very clean, great space, fenced in area for letting the dogs out to romp, and quite comfortable. It's also in a great location, near plenty of restaurants, shops, and conveniences.Sadly, when we arrived late in the evening, the power was out on the entire block! Bobby was incredibly responsive, helping us check the status, offering to call neighbors to see if they could loan us candles or flashlights, etc. When the power came on, he again had to deal with us, as we worked through getting the smart devices back online. Can't say enough about how accessible he was. Great stay!
