Ce nouvel appartement, propre, bien ƩquipƩ et spacieux est nichƩ dans la vallƩe au pied de la montagne historique de Kennesaw. Il est idƩalement situƩ Ơ quelques minutes d'I-75, I-575 et Kennesaw State University. Vous vous trouverez entourƩ de boutiques haut de gamme, de nombreux divertissements et de plus de 150 restaurants. Promenez-vous, courez ou faites du vƩlo le long du sentier Noonday Creek, long de 7 km, qui vous relie Ơ la propriƩtƩ, un Ʃquipement rare en milieu urbain.

Nice, secure, 2/2 apartment. Nice secluded area and tree view. Firmest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Being on the third floor meant 2 long staircases and dragging everything up and down.

For the first step to the last it was a great experience. The location is excellent with easy access to shops, restaurants and places for sightseeing. During my stay I had a question and the host was very responsive and answered my question within virtually 5 minutes of me submitting the question. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for nice, clean, centrally located and secure property. If we had more stars to give we would give them.

Very nice 2 br apartment. Clean & comfortable. Only complaint is that I requested a 1st floor unit because of mobility issues, but this VRBO is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Very nice place. nice people that will work with you. If you have a problem, theyā€™ll solve it and in the area very close to Atlanta, and very close to other places that you can visit too. like the falls and train tours either way 20 to 30 minutes away. And a lot of good places to eat in the area to.

We were in town for Christmas to visit Dad in an assisted living home. Very nice condo that was pet friendly. Well stocked and comfortable. We were a little confused checking in but that was because it was dark and we werenā€™t sure where the unit was.

We were really impressed with the property. The description online was exactly what we got. It was very clean and well maintained. It was a very easy check in process. The information packet left for us was a wonderful asset. We will definitely stay again.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There was an incredibly strong, chemical smell when we first got there. It did go away after a few hours. The bed pillows were awful!! We tried reaching out to management for over two days to remedy this and we were not able to get a response. The pillows in both rooms were incredibly flat and hard causing us neck and headaches. The unit was decorated nicely and it was very spacious. It was much better than staying in a hotel. Like other reviews mention, there are two flights of stairs to climb with you luggage. Itā€™s on the top floor. The complexā€™s are situated behind a mall so even though the pictures on the listing look like you are out of town, you are not. There are a nice lining of tress to look at, but just on the other side is a mall. Press # after entering the gate code. Tap the pool card to open the pool gate, the key on the sponge bracelet does nothing, but taping the card will open the pool gate.

I could have easily given this booking a 5 star review, however, our check-in process was a bit frustrating. Upon arrival at 4:20pm we had everything we needed EXCEPT for the door code. Apparently the door code that was issued to me 26 days in advance was programed to allow access beginning at 5pm instead of the stated check-in time of 4pm. This was extremely frustrating, especially in the 90 degree heat, terrible traffic and multiple trips up two flights of stairs. We never received an apology from Stephanie about the issue until our check-out day (even though I had sent a message with my concerns immediately following our debacle of getting in). However, once we gained access to the unit, everything was nearly perfect! The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and super comfy. The king size bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The pool and surrounding facilities were gorgeous. Entering through the gated access was simple and gave a sense of safety. There was plenty of parking. We had no issues with noise or problem neighbors. There were lots of added bonuses, such as Shampoo and Conditioners, hair dryers, laundry detergent, coffee, foil, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The only thing I could suggest to add to the kitchen would be: ice cream scoop, rubber spatula, a 2-4 cup measuring cup and dish rags/towels. This was an easy 20 minute drive to Lake Point for baseball games. I would stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the apartment was in a great, convenient location to the highway, shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family, It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family also enjoyed the pool! I would highly recommend this property!

Nice apartment, clean and in a great location. We would stay again. My only other feedback would be there was no soap, shampoo, etc and we donā€™t always bring those with us because they are typically provided. And there was only one roll of toilet paper on each bathroom so we had to purchase more. But we still had a great stay.

Fantastic place! Very clean, Nice size. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the cookware supplies you need. AC worked great. Apartment complex was very nice. Great proximity to KSU, highway, and shopping. Would 100% rent again! We didnā€™t bring pets, but they allow them. Which is hard to find! So we appreciate that for next time. Heads up: minimal toiletry supplies provided - so bring shampoo, extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.. Walmart Complex next door rundown but close for shopping. Unit is on the third floor - no elevator.

Never received our access key to the unit. We arrived from our flights and drove over to the unit only to find out that we had no access to the unit. We messaged the host with no response. We called the host multiple times only to get their voice mail. We ended up calling VRBO customer service who set us up at a hotel for which VRBO will cover for one night, offered a free refund and to arrange a new reservation. We stayed at a small one room hotel and received an email the following day staying VRBO couldn't find a new reservation for us and that we would be responsible for making our own arrangements. We ended up hotel hoping the rest of our trip at high costs due to last minute bookings. I did finally receive a callback from the host the following day and she apologized and then asked if we were still wanting to check in. I told her that we've already settled our new arrangements and didn't want to add anymore complexity to an already complicated situation. I think I will stick with hotels from now on. This was unacceptable. If you're offering a service where people are committing their money and planning a long distance trip out to your place, You have a professional duty to make sure you hold up your end of this transaction. If not, you should stay out of this business.

The check in process was straightforward and the communication was fast and easy by email. The room was well appointed with all necessary linen, accessories, and toiletries. The room and whole facility were immaculate, and the pool area was very nice. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.

The property was very clean and the Mangement was extremely helpful. Apartment is on the third floor so there are a few stairs. The water pressure was a bit light, but you could still take an ok shower.
