The Bathrooms:
Three newly renovated bathrooms with modern finishes, including a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and starter toiletries provided.

Gourmet Kitchen:
Create memorable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils - perfect for cooking for family and friends.

Game Room:
Stay entertained with a private game room featuring a foosball table and a dual-shot basketball arcade - a guest favorite for both kids and adults.

Outdoor Space:
Relax and recharge on the wooden deck with your morning coffee, fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout, or sway in the hammock swing as you enjoy the serene backyard setting.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Check-in is seamless with a keyless entry code that will be provided prior to your arrival.

- Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request - just let me know in advance.

- Keyless entry for easy, contact-free check-in.

- For your peace of mind, the property’s exterior is monitored by security cameras.

- Pet-Friendly Home: All breeds and sizes are welcome! A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.

- The fireplace is not available for guest use.

Booking Policy for New Guests:
I don’t accept last-minute bookings from guests without prior booking history or reviews. If you're new to the platform, please verify your phone number, complete your profile, and share the purpose of your visit before booking. Thanks for your understanding!

Parking:
Please park in the driveway only.
If you need additional parking, feel free to contact me for instructions.
Kindly avoid parking in front of neighbors' homes.

No Parties or Events:
Parties and events are strictly prohibited and this policy is firmly enforced. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and removal from the property. Local authorities may be contacted if necessary.
