Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, exclusive use of the house and grounds. A keyless entry code will be provided before 3 PM on the day of arrival; if you expect to arrive after 7 PM, please let us know so we can ensure a smooth check‑in. The villa is pet‑friendly—pets are welcome with a non‑refundable fee of $150 per pet (additional fee applies for three or more pets). Please keep pets off the furniture and bedding.

➼ **Public Transportation:** MARTA provides bus and rail service throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. Guests can use MARTA's website or app to check current routes, schedules, and the most convenient connections from the area.



➼ **Taxis and Ridesharing:** Uber and Lyft are widely available and are convenient options for airport transportation, dining, shopping, and exploring Atlanta without a rental car.

Other Things to Note:

Extra guests: After the sixth guest, a fee of $19 per person per night applies. To comply with Airbnb’s party ban, the maximum occupancy at any time is 16 guests.



Visitors: Visitors who are not staying overnight are welcome for a one‑time fee of $19 per person.



Maintenance & pest control: A dedicated team is on call should any maintenance or pest issues arise.



Early check‑in: Subject to availability for a $50 fee.



Booking requirements: Please ensure your booking profile is complete and up to date. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
