This expansive 195 sqm apartment is complemented by a lush, green balcony of 175 sqm — perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the incredible scenery.

Fully equipped with all essentials, the apartment also offers 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.

There are two lifts that will take you comfortably to the 5th floor where this apartment is located. Please note that some of the lower floors of this building are still used by various small workshops that make jewellery and clothes.

Located in Psirri, one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Wow! Forget the rooftop bars and stay here! View of the Acropolis and sunsets from the comfort of the apartment. Great location a short walk from Monastiraki station and square. Fantastic local eateries and sweet shops close by.Huge apartment with 3 large bedrooms with 1, 2 and 3 beds in each respectively. 2 bathrooms very handy for our group of 5 friends. Over sized sitting area, large balcony. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was in the perfect location. It was a comfortable sot in between all of our activities. We even got picked up in the middle of the night by Dimitri and taken directly to the apartment.

Amazing Views

We were nervous when we arrived due to the large amount of graffiti at the entrance but once we were in the apartment we found the place wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and the view of the acropolis was spectacular! There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby and it is a 10 minute walk to the metro. Great location!

So glad we stayed here

The pictures and description are spot on. We are so glad we stayed here, the Balcony is huge and WHAT A VIEW! The apartment and bedrooms are large as well even though we spent most of our time on the balcony. I was a little worried about the neighborhood after using Google maps but don't let the graffiti discourage you, the neighborhood is fine and walking distance to everything. So many great restaurants within a short walk. I had heard the neighborhood was loud due to the nightclubs but we did not hear any music etc. If you are considering this property, I would highly recommend it.

Great property; great location; great city/country! We really enjoyed our visit in Greece and property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely book this property again. Next time, we might request more towels for both kitchen and bath. Overall a wonderful place to stay in Athens!!

Location, location,location (and space!)

This is an awesome property! Walking distance to pretty much everything and a fabulous bakery a block away. Yannnis is friendly and helpful. It is spacious and pretty much exactly as described. The view is amazing! Can’t say enough good things about this property. We were sad to go.

Wonderful visit to Athens

Seven of us stayed here recently and found that the location was perfect. All the amazing ancient sites and museums are a short walk away. A large selection of good restaurants are also very close. The coffee shop and bakery on the corner is superb! The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. We highly recommend.

All Access Everywhere

We really like this property! It has a wide-open floor plan, spacious kitchen and dining area and a lovely balcony with stunning views. It has two spacious bathrooms, a washer and drying rack necessary for us to continue our travels in comfort. The property has a elevator/lift which we appreciated when transporting luggage and our elderly friend. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and glasses and guests had plenty of towels. This property is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurant cafes, grocery, market, and mainline bus routes. Our generous host allowed us to drop our bags early in a nearby storage/office. The only recommendation i would have is to put all of the twins in one room so that the couples can sleep together :) . Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing apartment with a spectacular view.

The apartment is just as it is shown, modern, very clean, spacious, comfortable. Wi-Fi works great. It had everything that we needed. Don’t let the outside of the apartment building fool you, this is a gorgeous apartment and just a short block from a wine bar, bakery and two blocks in either directions for more shops/restaurants/etc.

Fantastic view, fantastic location

This apartment couldn’t have been better situated. Don’t be alarmed at what the immediate surroundings look like (deserted, industrial with lots of graffiti) I never felt unsafe. You are actually a block away from a magical neighborhood of shops and restaurants along cozy streets in a vibrant community. It’s busy but not loud or obnoxious. Trendy but not too touristy and not gentrified. You have an easy and interesting walk to many sites but the metro (which is easy to navigate) is close and a straight shot from the apt. The view of the acropolis is spectacular especially when the parthenon is lit up at night. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, spacious and very clean. Managers were helpful and communicative. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Incredible view of the Acropolis

This apartment was awesome. HUGE living room/ dining area. Beautiful kitchen. The outside patio deck is ginormous. Furnishings are minimalistic and very comfortable. The view of the Acropolis is outstanding. Day or night it is beautiful. The area looks a bit sketchy when you arrive but come late afternoon all the restaurants open up and you are about 200 feet from them and lots of shopping. Turns out graffiti is everywhere. It’s just a few minute walk to an energetic square…Monastiraka. We definitely will return here again. Jacob and Lia are the property managers and are THE most responsive pm’s we have ever had. Jacob help us tremendously and so quickly when a few unplanned important issues came up. He also met us at our metro stop and walked us to the apartment pointing out good restaurants, coffee and pastry shops and markets. So very helpful.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property! Close to shops, restaurants, hop on hop off bus line… And you can’t beat the stellar view of the Acropolis! The manager made arrangements for us to be picked off and dropped off at the airport (easy in and out) and they were available for all of our questions and needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment and Location

We were absolutely amazed at how beautiful the apartment and the magnificent view of the Acropolis from the deck was. The location couldn't be better. Just around the block from a wonderful village with 100s of restaurants and shops, walking distance to the metro and square. The accommodations were very clean and spacious. The hosts were amazing. We had several changes and problems and they were always right there to accommodate and help us. We highly recommend this apartment and it will be our choice again when we return to Athens!
