*Note: we rent the basement unit out separately. Both units have separate entrances and share no interior spaces. You will have full and private access to the main house.*

Rainy day? Hang out in our living room and watch your favorite binge-worthy show on our Roku smart tv. This is the perfect home for any game day, UGA event, or family occasion!

Brick home conveniently located on Athens' Westside. 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refinished hardwood floors and master suite. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and bonus room with 2 full beds and a twin trundle. Wrought iron fenced back yard, deck, patio with pergola, greenhouse, extensive landscaping and new garage door.

There is a separately rented unit down stairs with a separate entrance to the home. The back yard is a shared space. You can rent the entire home with basement in a separate listing. Please park on the left side of the driveway. Please be mindful and courteous to the basement guests. We look forward to hosting you!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

Deer have been known to make themselves at home in our backyard. Please keep the gate shut. Thank you!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We recommend driving as this is a residential area. Uber and Lyft may be available in the area contingent on availability.
