'Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

'The property was as described, very cute house, clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and the host was available for questions. Close to UGA campus and downtown. Kitchen well stocked. All amenities we needed. were provided. Would book again.'

'This was a charming place surprisingly close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were clean, kitchen was great and a lot of the rooms had tvs. The washer and dryer looked new but we never used them. Lots of bathrooms and the fire pit was great. A nice place I’d return to. '

'We've stayed at Keith's place twice and we love it! It IS charming to the core! Nestled in the lovely Boulevard heights neighborhood it is a well appointed and artfully decorated space. We walked everywhere we wanted to go and had a wonderful stay!'

'Check-in was a breeze. The house and property could use a deep cleaning practically in the vents. Worked well for our family of five where we could attend baseball tournament in the area and I could still work remotely. Loved all the deer coming to visit us.'
