This stylish one-story home in Athens welcomes you into the cozy foyer and living room immediately upon entrance! The natural light flows endlessly throughout the entire home.

- The updated kitchen has so many great appliances for you to utilize. Appliances such as our Big Boy Ninja Blender that has 32 different attachments for all of your needs, drip coffee maker, french press, ice maker, and so much more!
- Right off the kitchen is the laundry room with high-capacity washers and dryers. The laundry room is also large enough to store your bikes if you like to ride.
- Down the hall, our 2 bedrooms consist of two new and extremely comfortable Tempurpedic beds -1 queen bed and 1 double bed!
- The full bathroom is just a few steps from the bedrooms and this is where you'll find a great bathtub/shower combo and newly updated, navy blue herringbone flooring.
- AT&T Fiber WiFi is available and it's the fastest you can get! We also have an ethernet connection that you can use if you bring your cord.
- There is a Smart TV located in the living room that you can easily access all your favorite streaming channels!

This home is located not far from downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium. The Oconee River Greenway, Trail Creek Park, and The Butterfly Trail are super close to our home! They include a great splash pad for kids and a wonderful mountain biking trail. These are the perfect spots for adventurers at heart!

There is a shared driveway on this property, so please make sure to park on the dirt pad in the front yard or park directly behind the house. The driveway will need to be accessible to the guests in the garage unit.

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation. There are 2 properties on the premise. Guest will only have access to the main house as shown in the pictures.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
