This lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the Voula area near Glyfada offers an excellent sea view! Fully renovated in 2024, it features a modern design and stylish furnishings for a perfect seaside retreat.



There are two spacey bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (oven,microwave, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There are balconies from where you can have a great relaxing time and sea view as well. Finally a boiler will provide you with hot water for 24 hours!



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment. The nearest beach is about 700m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Glyfada and Vouliagmeni area.



During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens.



Smoking is only allowed on the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
