'Clean'

'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

'i will take easiest first -- Parking was plentiful Breakfast was the average but nice to have -- they are not fully ready for 6am -- if you are on a time frame and counted on breakfast for 6am -- sadly you will be disappointed. the staff was very friendly and helpful except for the breakfast staff - she was rude and not pleasant. Front Desk was always pleasant and helpful, always smiled. Room cleanliness has some work to be done -- it made me chuckle I was there for 3 nights -- the first morning...

'We were on the road for nearly two weeks and this was the nicest place we stayed. Another guest hit a button they thought would shutdown the fire pit on the patio, but it activated the fire alarm for the building. It woke us up and we had to evacuate. The fire department responded and cleared the code so we could return in a reasonable time. The room was great as was the breakfast. I highly recommend this facility.'

'The room was super clean, stylish, but somewhat austere. The bed was fantastic, and my back was happy for the couple days I visited. Translucent privacy curtains would be a nice addition instead of just the blackout blinds. Young man at desk seemed bothered to have to do my check in, and mumbled quietly through the whole interaction. Overall, I’d stay again.'

'Found a cockroach on the refrigerator of our room. The eyehole on the door was cracked and could not see clearly in the hallway. Mold in the bathroom sink. Hotel door was jingling most of the night. Ringing/vibrating phone from the room next door kept us up most of the night.'

'Stayed one night at the Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel while in town for my daughter's lacrosse tournament, and overall had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, as it's housed in the historic former Masonic Temple. The architecture and common areas really stand out and give the property a unique feel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The only issue we had was that our toilet didn't flush very...
