'Eveything fine and as expected. Just that over night, somebody (or some people) in the same hallway kept opening and slamming their doors every 30-40 mins from 10pm to 2am.'

Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so I either had to hold it with one hand and wash with the other or get everything wet. Walking down the hallway to my room smelled so bad of marijuana it made me think I was the only one in the hotel who didn’t smoke. Bar staff was great, though'

'The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed over for the purpose of catching an early flight and this hotel is advertised as having an airport shuttle as early as 4:30, however they did not have a shuttle driver for our commute. The hotel, with no problem whatsoever, covered the cost of an uber. I had to rush down at 4:10am because a small uber was coming instead of an XL for our luggage and family of 4. I especially loved the bed—it was very comfortable, and I slept extremely well. I gave this hotel 4 stars because the front desk experience could be improved. 'We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend.'

'We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. 'The property is in disrepair. Our room was in disrepair. The freezer had mold in it, the ice machines don't work, the staff was extremely slow. Plus they demand a security deposit for damages. Also the bed cover was stained and so was the mattress on the pull out sofa. It was quiet and not busy.'

'The staff are excelent very patient and communicative. However the room itself had an amonia/armpit smell and mysterious white trail stains leading to the bed. Also the room looked fine it was mostly the smell that wasnt ok with us so we had to leave. Then yes we did ask staff for a smelling spray but even that wasnt enough to cover the very bad smell and we had to leave early.'

'Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room.'

'Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed.
