'The property and room were clean and looked nice. The only thing that would have improved my stay would be if the pool was larger/less cold. It was freezing! Continental breakfast would’ve also been preferred over having a restaurant to buy food'

'While making the reservation, I saw that breakfast was listed as included. However, when we arrived, we found out that breakfast was not actually included, which was disappointing. In addition, the room did not have toothpaste among the provided toiletries. I hope the hotel can improve the accuracy of its booking information and ensure that essential amenities are available for guests.'

'Be careful when booking this hotel. As per Wyndham’s policy, they only do a full room cleaning every 3 days. During our stay, we had to repeatedly request extra cleanings, but these were not always done — and when they were, the quality was disappointing. The biggest concern was cleanliness. Our baby found a medication tablet behind the bed and put it in her mouth. Thankfully, we noticed it right away and were able to remove it before anything serious happened. This was a very alarming...

'I didn't expect the room to be luxurious, as you generally get what you pay for. However, finding hair all over the bed, sticky floors, rust stains in the bathtub, numerous bugs, an extremely noisy air conditioner, and a very dirty carpet was simply unacceptable. These cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay quite unpleasant. It was first and last time for the Redroof.'

'The lobby was nice and clean, the rooms are old with paint chipping off the bathroom walls due to no air ventilation and the furniture ie. The bathroom vanity, bed side tables were old and chipped but the worse part of our stay is that we attended a wedding from out of town and needed some rest before our trip back and there must’ve been an event with loud obnoxious people talking super loud in the hallway outside our room and kids running and yelling until after 11pm. We called the front desk...

'Hotel is very new, rooms are really clean, love the LVF instead of carpet in the rooms, beautiful walk-in showers, and charging stations on the night stand. Staff was friendly and helpful.'
