'Room was clean but the sink and shower drains smelled of sewage backup. The evening front desk guy is unprofessional and rude to say the least, and being a 3rd party owned hotel, shortcuts are made. 1 example is finding the one “master” light switch that turns everything on in the room. So we showered and whatnot by our phone lights. When we complained the next morning we were finally told about the “master switch”.
